Whispering Pines Apartments offer many features and amenities: private entryway with intercom, gas heat, central A/C, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and mini blinds. There is on-site management for urgent concerns and small pets are welcome, too! There is also a clubhouse with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly social events.
Whispering Pines Apartments offers three different floor plans to match your personal budget and style.
One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is 800 square feet with an open concept. Rent is $755 for either first or second floor.
One Bedroom Large Apartment
This floor plan features a large bedroom and walk-in closet. Rent is $810 for either first or second floor.
Two Bedroom Apartment
The bedroom is perfect for having visitors stay with you periodically. Rent is $840 for either first or second floor.
Utilities included with rent include water, sewer, and trash removal. There is central air and mini blinds on all windows. Neutral décor with tan carpeting. Handicap adaptable with elevators and laundry room in every building. Intercom entries in every building. 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. One Time Pet Fee $250. 2nd Pet One Time Fee $100. (Cat or Dog 40 lbs and under and no aggressive breeds.) Monthly Pet Fee per pet $30 up to two pets only. Application Fee $50.00 per person/married $75.00 (Non-Refundable). Security Deposit Starting at $500.00 depending on credit
Carports are just outside the apartments and very safe and easy to get to. Carports are available for an additional monthly charge. All parking lots, sidewalks and entryways are kept clean and safe during winter months.
